Absolutely! Cass (our beautiful Movement Coach & PT) has spent 10 years working with people outside of a gym setting to help their achieve their movement & fitness goals. She’s a genius at helping people workout with what they have available.

The Hub is our space in Stawell where we have a range of health professionals and classes on offer. If you live locally, we would love to have you in the space with us (so nice to meet you in person, coffee included!) but we’ve also designed this to be delivered completely online for those who aren’t nearby.

We find that monthly programming allows enough time for your body to adapt and see some changes. We allow for progressions within the month however and you have access to message with Cass (PT) and Amy (Physio) along the way if we need to modify or progress any exercises within the month.

We have a 3 month minimum commitment because we know that we don’t see results overnight. After that, we ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice to alter your membership.
If you decide within the first 7 days that we’re not the right fit for you, no hard feelings. We can offer a full refund - all we ask for is some feedback so that we can continue to improve our service.
